In recognition of this, we’ve committed to a referral scheme that offers the following:

£250 referral fee for junior-level candidates

£500 referral fee for senior-level candidates

And we’ve intentionally kept the rules simple. All candidates must:

1. Not be known to us already or on the Box Leisure database

2. Work for at least 3 months in their new role before the referral fee is payable.
